DUBAI: BEYOND Developments has officially launched PASSO, a sculptural new waterfront icon rising on the prestigious West Crescent of Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
The highly anticipated project marks BEYOND’s first flagship beyond its masterplan in Dubai Maritime City, establishing a bold new chapter in the brand’s growth across lifestyle-led destinations.
PASSO debuted with Dubai’s first-ever “screens in the sky” event—an electrifying 13-minute show using over 4,000 drones to paint immersive visuals across the night sky, paired with live stage performances.
Avita and Bella
The development consists of two sculptural towers, Avita and Bella, housing 625 residences with thoughtfully curated layouts. Homes range from one-bedroom havens and two-to-four-bedroom-plus lifestyle residences to five-bedroom penthouses and six beachfront mansions. Each unit is crafted for connection, elegance, and comfort.
